Delete Account – CashKeeper Pro

This page explains how to request account deletion in CashKeeper Pro, what user data is deleted, what data may be retained temporarily, and the maximum retention period.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion from within the app:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, use the support contact option below.

Support Contact Option

For account deletion assistance, contact support at support@example.com. Replace this placeholder with your official support email before public release.

Data Deleted

After your deletion request is confirmed, the following data is deleted:

  • User profile
  • Business data
  • Expense/income records
  • Cloud backup data
  • Authentication data

Temporarily Retained Data

For legal, security, and abuse-prevention reasons, we may temporarily retain limited records such as:

  • Security logs
  • Fraud prevention logs
  • Legal compliance records
Retention period: up to 30 days

Permanent Deletion Confirmation

Account deletion is permanent. Once processing is completed, your account and deleted data cannot be restored.

Any temporarily retained records listed above are removed or anonymized within a maximum of 30 days.
